Physiotherapist & Clinic Manager
Bachelor of Physiotherapy
I love being a being a physiotherapist, however, my passion is about making sure that those that come to see me know that they are not on their own with their ambitions to achieve their goals.
I make it my mission to give each individual the best experience at each visit. It’s important to go above and beyond, to support people through their low moments, show direction to their ambitions and then share their joyful achievements or milestones.
To stand out, it is important to be different. Too often I see the downfalls to our society, where we are too busy to commit to our bodies. We are looking for a quick fix to move on with our hectic schedules. However, I like to treat the person and the true cause of the issue, rather than patching up an injury.
This comes through breaking it down and looking at how the body works as one. This is achieved through movement principles, hand on treatment and a multifactorial framework, as we all designed differently.
I get great satisfaction from seeing people I have treated around the Eastern Suburbs who have a smile on their face, enjoying their daily life without pain or limitations with their movements.

I have always been fascinated in the human body and it’s capabilities, which goes hand in hand with my love for keeping up with an active lifestyle. I love what I do because I get to help people achieve their goals and make them confident in their own body. I am the most satisfied when you can take back control of your life, and when you understand what is going on in your body. The most important thing that I have realized over the last couple of years is that life is too short to be walking around with problems, when you could be out there doing the things that you love.

Seeing people reach their goals is what drives me every day. I love taking my patients on a journey to reach capabilities they thought were not possible. Getting you out of pain is only the beginning, my job as a physiotherapist is to identify the root cause of your injury and to prevent the same issue happening again. I have a keen interest in new evidence- based assessment and treatment techniques; this allows me to be effective and efficient for my patients and get them back to doing the things they love sooner rather than later.
Growing up I played Rugby league for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and I have worked extensively with the Cronulla Sharks Women’s Tarsha Gale and Harvey Norman teams.

What initially made me want to become a physiotherapist was my love of football. I picked up countless injuries and had a physiotherapist who I looked up to from a young age that made me appreciate and admire what he did.
I love what I do now as I enjoy helping people from all walks of life reach their potential by remaining pain and injury free. Playing a part in helping people achieving their goals is as good a feeling as you can get in my opinion.

Subconsciously we seem to know when are cars need to be serviced, why not subconsciously service your body?
The love for my job comes from the desire of wanting to be better, whether the client is seeking relaxation, an escape from a busy lifestyle, are in acute pain or just want to improve themselves in sports or everyday life.
In our lives its very easy to just get caught up in the never ending and vicious cycle or repetition and looking after others that we forget to look after ourselves.
Seeing the relief on peoples faces and excitement in being able to take on new challenges or execute daily living in confidence is what continues to bring me back with a smile on my face.
I’ve worked in numerous venues in hospitality for many years and have travelled a few times overseas. On my previous trip to Bali I climbed a volcano was an experience of a lifetime.
